Born in the heart of steel country, our smokehouse was built on the backbone of grit and fire — literally. With a custom-built reverse offset smoker and 500 gallons of fire-breathing craftsmanship, we serve up honest-to-goodness barbecue the old-fashioned way: low and slow over real wood.
