Steel Belt Smokehouse was born in the heart of the Steel Valley — a place built on grit, heat, and hard work. What started as a backyard obsession turned into a full-blown smokehouse, built around a custom 500-gallon reverse-flow offset smoker and a love for real barbecue.

Around here, nothing is rushed. Every brisket, rib, chicken, and ham is smoked low and slow over hardwood, watched by hand, and pulled from the pit only when it’s right. No shortcuts, no gas assist, just honest fire and time.
