Flat-rate smoking · You supply the meat

Whole Turkey

$40 per bird

Price example – adjust as needed. Works great for most turkeys in the 12–20 lb range. Bird must be fully thawed and in safe condition when dropped off.

Whole Ham

$40 per ham

Spiral, bone-in, or half hams welcome. We’ll glaze and smoke for deep color and flavor.

Add-On Options

• Extra rub / custom seasoning • Pan with resting juices & carving instructions • Add sides or desserts from our regular catering menu

How It Works

Simple holiday game plan
Step 1

Reserve Your Spot

Pick your holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) and contact us with your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We’ll confirm availability and lock you in.

Step 2

Prepare Your Turkey or Ham

Bring your bird fully thawed and food-safe. If you want to brine or inject it first, go for it. Otherwise we can season it with our house rub.

Step 3

Drop It Off

Drop off at the agreed time with your name, phone number, and any special notes (no skin, extra glaze, light smoke, etc.).

Step 4

We Smoke, You Pick Up

We smoke it low and slow over hardwood, rest it properly, then hold it hot for pickup. You take it home, carve, and take the credit.

What you need to know
Do I need to thaw the turkey or ham first?
Yes. All meats must be fully thawed and kept cold before drop-off for food safety.
Can I brine or season it myself?
Absolutely. You can brine, inject, or pre-season. Just let us know what you’ve done when you drop it off.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Holiday cook days fill up fast. We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead, earlier for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Can I add sides or desserts?
Yes. We can add pans of mac & cheese, baked beans, potato salad, cornbread, banana pudding, and peach cobbler from our catering menu.
